We pick up from your home or office, clean at our climate-controlled Newark facility, and deliver your rug back within 5 to 9 business days.

We clean all types of area rugs including Persian, Oriental, Turkish, Chinese, Afghan, Indian, Navajo, silk, wool, cotton, jute, sisal, shag, sheepskin, cowhide, synthetic, machine-made, and handmade rugs. Each rug receives an individual inspection and a customized cleaning plan matched to its fiber type, construction, and condition.

Estimates and quotes

All written estimates are valid for thirty days from issue date. Hand-wash cleaning prices are quoted by the square foot. Repairs, re-dyeing and moth treatment are quoted separately after physical inspection of the rug at our Newark atelier.

Pickup, delivery, and storage

Free pickup and delivery are included across the San Francisco Bay Area for most service tiers. Rugs left in our possession for more than ninety days past completion may be subject to storage fees.

Workmanship and guarantees

We stand behind our cleaning and repair work. If you are not satisfied with the result of a cleaning, we will re-clean at no charge within thirty days of delivery. Hand-knotted repairs are warranted against unraveling for one year.

Liability

We carry comprehensive insurance. Our maximum liability for any rug is the lesser of the appraised value provided in writing at intake or the documented purchase price. We strongly recommend that high-value rugs be appraised in writing prior to service.
