Fill out the form or call. Tell us the type of rug, rough size, and anything you’ve noticed — stains, fringe wear, moth damage. Photos help.
We pick up & estimate
We arrive at your door in a 2-hour window, inspect the rug on site, and follow up with a written estimate within 24 hours. No work starts until you approve it.
Cleaned & returned
The rug goes through our 12-step hand-washing process and is returned to your door in 7 – 10 business days, wrapped and rolled into place.
