Nine rug families. Nine subtly different protocols. One shared principle: by hand, never by machine. Cold water where water is safe, dry when water is not, pH matched to the fibre, flat air-dry for the wool and sealed flat-dry for the silk. We don’t outsource, we don’t batch, we don’t rush.
